2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner for his land which has been acquired by the respondent authorities for the construction of four lane from Patna to Bakhtiyarpur (NH 30).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Patna (Respondent No. 4).

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that, in the event such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, Respondent No. 4 is directed to dispose of the same after hearing the parties in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
