JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019 (G.R. No. 3917 of 2019), registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the dead body of a person was recovered from a well and a case has been lodged by the Chowkidar.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. It appears that on confession his name has been transpired in the present case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession and suspicion there is nothing against him. Further, the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 05.09.2019 and charge-sheet has been submitted, therefore,

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with G.R. No. 3917 of 2019 arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019.
