2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 8(c), 21(b)(ii)(B), 29 and 27(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the F.I.R., 16.739 kg Ganja was recovered from co-accused Mritunjay Pandey and Anita Devi and during the inquiry, they took the name of the petitioner alleging that petitioner has ordered them to bring ganja from one co-accused Sanjay Singh.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to two criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7528 of 2026(3) dt.01-04-2026 2/3 antecedents relating to Excise Act, in which he is on bail. Further submission is that there is no material against the petitioner except the disclosure statements made by the coaccused persons. The alleged quantity of ganja does not come under the commercial quantity. Petitioner has no concern with the seized ganja or the motorcycle. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 412 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita with further conditions:- (i) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall remain present on each and every date during trial and in his
