In compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.01.2019, passed in CWJC No.22785 of 2018, the District Programme Officer,
Patna High Court MJC No.324 of 2020(3) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 Establishment, Sitamarhi has passed a reasoned order dated 24.02.2021, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with, nonetheless, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the aforesaid order dated 24.02.2021, he may avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for assailing the same.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
