JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 474 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, is of causing death of the deceased by setting her on fire. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and materials come during investigation show that when her husband told her that was going to remarry she has committed suicide by herself setting on fire.
