One country-made Katta and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 04-04-2014. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether 12 cases but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in the present case, which has been lodged only for the offence punishable under the Arms Act, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014
