2. Being aggrieved with the inaction of the respondent authorities of the Jai Prakash University, Chapra in not extending the part of the retiral benefits and other dues,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2278 of 2022 dt.26-06-2025 2/3 including arrears of differential amount on account of pay revision and interest over the Group insurance amount, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, now the substantial grievance of the petitioner came to be redressed. However, it is the case of the petitioner that still some of the claim under Group Insurance and differential pay on account of pay revision and allowances are due.

4. On the contrary, it is the contention of the learned Advocate for the University that some excess payment has been made to the petitioner, which is required to be adjusted.

5. Considering the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the respective parties, this Court, prima facie, is satisfied that the substantial grievance of the petitioner came to be redressed and if still the petitioner has some grievance, for which the he may approach before the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra within a period of eight weeks from today.

6. In case, a representation is filed by the petitioner with the specific claim, the Registrar, J. P. University, Chapra

Patna High Court CWJC No.2278 of 2022 dt.26-06-2025 3/3 shall take all endeavours to resolve the dispute; In case claim of the petitioner does not find favour, it shall be followed by, a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law preferably within a further period of twelves weeks.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
