JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(A). A mandamus commanding the respondents to take necessary step against Ranjeet Kumar Officer-in-Charge O.P. Araria Sangram (Respondent No. 4) after proper enquiry in the light of orders dated 30.4.2015 and 8.5.2015, issued from the Office Inspector General, Darbhanga and Special Officer, Government of Bihar, respectively.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has referred to paragraph no. 4 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, wherein it has been stated that a departmental
