Claim of the petitioner for grant of benefits under Assured Career Progression (for brevity, ACP) Scheme has attained finality in the Letters Patent Appeal (for brevity, LPA) proceedings arising out of earlier writ proceedings bearing CWJC No 3366 of 2011. The order of the LPA Court is dated 19.03.2018 passed in LPA No 599 of 2015. Submission of the petitioner, therefore, for issuance of direction now in respect of his claim for benefits under ACP cannot be considered by this
