Regard being had to the facts of the case and the nature of evidence, which are detailed in earlier rejection order passed by a Bench of this Court which is contained in Annexure-1, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. It was contended that the petitioner is in custody since 31.1.2013 and his trial has yet not taken off.
