Regard being had to the facts of the case and the nature of evidence, which are detailed in earlier rejection order passed by a Bench of this Court which is contained in Annexure-1, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. It was contended that the petitioner is in custody since 31.1.2013 and his trial has yet not taken off. Let the learned trial Judge .i.e. 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra buckle his belt up and to initiate the proceeding with all ado so as to concluding Sessions Trial No. 522
