Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 for the offence under sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in fact the parties have entered into a compromise. The compromise petition is also on record as Annexure-2.

The petitioner is in custody since 5.10.2019. Considering the compromise petition, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5845 of 2020(3) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be the informant who has filed the compromise petition.
