JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 2618 of 2019, arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 A of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 25 litres of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 27.12.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District
