Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was granted privilege of bail in the year 1993 and he attended the trial without making any misuse of privilege of bail till the year 2005, but unfortunately in the year 2005, his bail bonds was cancelled and the Parvikar of the petitioner did not give any information regarding the cancellation of bail of the petitioner and thereafter he was declared absconder on 29.04.2014. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioner that he was arrested on 30.4.2014 and was sent to jail custody and since then he is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43473 of 2014 (3) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 languishing in jail custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional District Judge, Ara in connection with Agiaw Bajar P.S.Case No. 50 of 1993, subject to condition that one of the sureties must be a close relative of the petitioner and holder of landed property.
