Petitioner is said to be an order giver and it was coaccused Ramnandan Singh, who shot fire on the deceased. Moreover, co-accused Ramprit Singh has already been granted privilege of bail .

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patnacity in connection with Fatwah P.S.case No. 433 of 2014.
