The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 11.08.2017, passed by the Collector, Sitamarhi-cum- Second Appellant Authority, as contained in Annexure-3, in Second Appeal Case No.404110112408/601046/2A under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application since the application for Revision of the impugned order is pending
Patna High Court CWJC No.1707 of 2018(2) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 before the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
However, it is expected from the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 19.09.2017 and 22.09.2017, as contained in Annexure-4 within a reasonable time frame in accordance with law.
