The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 126/18 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 180 liter of Spirit was seized from the hut. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that petitioner has no concern with the hut where the alleged Spirit was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on
