Two mobile sets and one wrist watch are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27-052015. Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Junction) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
