====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose this application. The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 307/2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his brother had entered in the Panchayat Bhawan when the meeting was being held and had disturbed the meeting, he had also indulged in some scuffle.
Learned counsel submits that there is a counter case also which will be evident from Annexure-2 to the present application. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.8239 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 In the given facts and circumstances of the case whereunder it the submission of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation of assault against him causing any injury on the body of the informant, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 307/2018, subject to condition that petitioner shall join investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
