2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 313/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is a young girl and is pursuing her studies. The petitioner is said to be the girlfriend of the accused Sanjeev Kumar and is accused of alluring the victim on phone, thereafter, Sanjeev Kumar has killed the deceased.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2023 and

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner is an unmarried girl, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 313/2023.
