The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.02 of 2026 registered for the offence under sections 30(a), 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have been involved in unloading the illicit liquor. He is in custody since 05.01.2026. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle nor the owner of the place from where illicit liquor has been recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the submission of learned

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra / concerned Court below, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.02 of 2026.
