The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injuries caused to the injured persons which are lacerated wound on the left perital reason and on the forehead, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
