The present petition has been filed for grant of the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to quash the entire proceeding of Case No. 37/200304 so far it relates to settlement of Plot No. 533, Khata No. 264, area 30 decimals and Plot No. 537 Khata No. 264 of Maura Behari, Circle -Nuaon, P.S. Nuwan, District- Kaimur in favour of Respondent No. 9 and 10 as the area of both these plots have already been settled in the name of mother of the petitioner in year 1987 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.12442 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 petitioner name was mutated in the name of petitioner and till date the petitioner is paying rent and in peaceful possession of the lands.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to quash the dated 3.8.2003 passed in settlement Abhilekh No. 37/03-04 by S.D.O. Mohania so far it relate to settlement lands of Khata No. 264, plot Nos. 537, 533 area 56 decimals and 30 decimals respectively settled with Respondent No. 9 and 10 is illegal manner without considering the settlement already made in favour of petitioner's mother.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction granting any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments submits that in case any disturbance takes place, he shall be approaching the appropriate authority in the District/Court for the redressal of the grievance. Learned State counsel has no objection.
