Petitioner is the husband and the facts which are going to be incorporated hereinafter, is itself sufficient to suggest the activity of the petitioner.

During course of argument, it has been submitted at the end of the petitioner that the wife of the petitioner, namely, Sandhya Kumari has solemnized her second marriage with one Sanjay Kumar Sinha on 12.05.2016, whereupon, Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif was directed to get the matter inquired through Dy. SP vide order dated 27.03.2019. Report having at the end of Dy. SP addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif, has been placed wherefrom it is evident that whole allegation is found false.

That being so, prayer for bail is rejected.
