2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner and his father (co-accused)/Rajeev Kumar Singh have assaulted the victim on his head causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2024. He further submits that charge-sheet has been

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the petition that petitioner has never moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of Anticipatory bail or Regular bail.

6. It is also stated in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

7. However, Ld. APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

8. Considering the grievous nature of injury on the vital part of the body, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

9. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail stands rejected.
