====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 285, 436, 342, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely made an accused in the case on account of an earlier case registered by the petitioners party. Learned counsel further submits that the injury caused is simple in nature and cannot be said to be attributed to the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the nature of injury, it
