JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is alleged that when police went to apprehend an accused of Bihra P.S. Case No. 81 of 2011, the above-said petitioners instigated the villagers and villagers made attack and got released the aforesaid accused and other accused of that case. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against petitioners, who do not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
