JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the First Information Report itself that it was co-accused Meghnad Choupal who shot fire at the deceased and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he put pistol on the informant so that the informant could not intervene in the occurrence. Moreover, coaccused Bilash Mahto, against whom there was allegation that he caught hold of the deceased, has been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44891 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014, G.R. No. 1599/2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
