Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 324, 354(A), 509, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that during occurrence of assault he assaulted with Garasa at the head of Bachhu Pal.

Submission is that there is case and counter case. The Doctor has found simple injury on the person of Bachhu Pal. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12716 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that second medical report shows that the Doctor has found grivous injury on the person of Bachhu Pal.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mali P.S.Case No.108 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
