JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 This matter has been listed under heading "to be mentioned" to modify the order dated 23-09-2015 by which, petitioner was granted privilege of bail.

It is submitted that due to typographical error, in the prayer portion of the petition, "Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 545 of 2015" has been mentioned in place of "Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 545 of 2014" and due to which, same mistake occurred in the cause, title and contents of order dated 23-09-2015. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition in course of the day.

Accordingly, the order dated 23-09-2015 is modified

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44001 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 to the extent that in the cause, title and last paragraph of the order the word mentioned as "Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 545 of 2015" be read as "Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 545 of 2014". (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
