The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Three country-made pistols and some live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of owner of sweet shop. Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released
