The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 328 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was preparing to bring his son to hospital, his son disclosed that Manoj Kumar @ Dr. Manoj Kumar the petitioner, Balkishun @ Bal Kishun Mahto, Sunil Mahato @ Sunil Kumar Mahato and Kamlesh Kumar administered him poison.

It is submitted that Balkishun @ Bal Kishun Mahto, Sunil Mahato @ Sunil Kumar Mahato and Kamlesh Kumar have already been enlarged on bail by different Bench of this Court. There appears same and similar allegation against the petitioner.
