JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents to issue road permit in favour of petitioner to run her bus bearing Registration No. BR21G 6772 from Shamiyaghar to Gaya via Islampur Ekangarsarai, Biharsharif, Barbigha.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for commanding and directing the respondent no. 5 to exempt the

(iii) For issuance of any other relief or reliefs which may deems fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Anil Kumar Singh seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in view of averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 as the present writ petition need no longer be pursued.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appear and have no objection to the stand of the petitioner.
