2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022 registered on 12.05.2022 lodged under Sections 302, 324, 34 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 24.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 57723 of 2022 with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial within 9 months.
3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2022 having clean antecedent. He also submits that nine months has already been lapsed but trial has not been concluded yet.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail.

5. From the fresh progress report it transpires that trial is likely to be concluded in a short period of 6 months, as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
