2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a),(c),(d),(e), (g)/36/41/56/68 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, following items, meant for preparation of illicit liquor, have been recovered from the godown of this petitioner:

"(i) 7 liters spirit, (ii) 500 pcs of empty bottles, (iii) Sticker of Rotal Stag, (iv) 60 pcs of empty bottles of Royal Stag, and (v) One pc. Plastic drum."

4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the recovery of aforesaid items and the fact that petitioner is owner of said godown, the prayer for
