The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier twice rejected in the light of the observation in the order dated 10.12.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 48685 of 2014 that the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant and the victim girl. It is submitted that summons has been issued but the informant and the victim girl have not been examined. Under the circumstances, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected with the same observation
