JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 243 of 2018 dated 09.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a). 30 (b) and 30 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though locally brewed liquor and mahua flower was recovered from the field belonging to one Rajendra Yadav and petitioner is only alleged to have been found running away from the place of recovery but I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him in view of his past antecedents. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders before the court
