Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 353, 332,333,188,171E and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Loudspeaker Act.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners and 200 to 300 unknown persons blocked Chausa more road and raised slogans against the police administration, created ruckus and hindrance. They also disturbed the service of ambulance and other essential commodities.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that allegation is general against the petitioners and no specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7069 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 overt act has been alleged against them. Several similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court vide annexure 2 series. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Udakishunganj District Madhepura in Udakishunganj Police Station Case No. 18 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
