Petitioner is a lady and in course of investigation, she was arrested and her confessional statement was recorded. In her confessional statement, she disclosed that motorcycle, which had been used in committing the crime, had been kept in the back of her house and she also disclosed that her husband kept looted cash in fridge. The aforesaid motorcycle as well as looted cash were recovered on the basis of disclosure made by this petitioner.

Even if confessional statement of this petitioner assumed to be true, then also, it was her husband who had kept motorcycle and looted cash. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
