JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to correct typographical error in the writ petition. Let the same be done in the course of the day. The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case can be disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose of the pending disciplinary proceeding within a period of four months from today and in case, the final order is not passed within the aforesaid period, the order of suspension shall be liable to be revoked.
