The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/645 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 27 liters Nepali Saufi wine was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8121 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge Excise, Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/645/2018.
