The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 452, 380, 411 of the IPC.

It is alleged in the written report that one mobile and laptop of the informant was stolen. The informant started searching his stolen articles and two persons were apprehended, who disclosed their name as Kundan Kumar and Gaurav Kumar. It is also alleged that three mobile phones have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that laptop has been recovered from below the stair case not from possession of this petitioner. The seizure list does not match

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7857 of 2019(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 with the articles as mentioned in the written report. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) khushbu/- U T
