Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and the fact that the petitioner seems to be the main assailant who had caused the fatal fire arm injury on the person of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to direct for release of the petitioner on bail.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, therefore, rejected. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) surendra/- U
