2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"a): For issuance of a direction to the respondent No-2-who is the Collector of the district of Purnia for disposal of the Misc. Ceiling Case No10 of 1995 without further delay since a long time of about twenty one (21) years has passed though the direction of this Hon'ble High Court was for disposal

Patna High Court CWJC No.12243 of 2016(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 of the matter within three months of the date of filing of the case and the direction of this Hon'ble Court has been flouted.

b):- Alternatively it is prayed that the land in question be ordered to be excluded from the related main Land Ceiling Case No-68 of 1973-74 and the acquisition notification No-2770 dated 16.7.1990 published in the Purnia district gazette issue No-14 dated 18.7.1990 by a suitable denotification therefor.

c): For any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the interest of Justice and in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The petitioner has come with a prayer to dispose of Miscellaneous Ceiling Case No. 10 of 1995.

4. If the Miscellaneous Ceiling Case No. 10 of 1995 has not been disposed of by the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Purnea, the same be taken to its logical conclusion by 31st of March, 2026.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
