At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time the application filed by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for

Patna High Court MJC No.3798 of 2017(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties has become infructuous as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed.
