JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.11.2019, passed in Case no. 28 of 2019, by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation and shall dispose off the same within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
