Statement of victim, namely, Shivani Thakur has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that the petitioner had called her Purnea where she along with other victim went but she could not meet the petitioner and after that on the direction of petitioner she came to Darbhanga where she met the petitioner who refused to marry with her. It appears that there was love affair between victim- Shivani Thakur and the petitioner. Moreover, medical board found victim- Shivani Thakur major.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
