The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No. 191/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 464, 468, 471, 272, 273, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was not arrested on the spot. The house of Sanjay Yadav was searched and from there raw sprit, country made liquor etc. were recovered. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner, as one of the person who managed to flee away. The house of the petitioner was not raided.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45956 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B. Shukla, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 191/2015.
