2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

" for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the notice issued by the Respondent no. 3 who is not competent authority under the law by which the land of petitioners were acquired for Respondent No. 5 and 6 but no notices

Patna High Court CWJC No.15659 of 2017(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/3 for acquisition was issued by the Respondent and without following the provision of Land Acquisition Act (herein referred as Act) and the Respondent has not taken any step after filing the objection nor any order was communicated so far the objection is concerned. The Respondents have not taken any step for award in question and/or no other appropriate writ/writs which the petitioners are entitled and further directed to issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing to Respondent not to take possession over the land in question where the Pakka house and several trees are standing over the land in question. No any enquiry was made and false report was submitted without verification of that locality nor any notice was issued of that locality. The petitioners are in possession of the land from the date of the purchase without considering the objection the acquisition order has been passed in most arbitrary manner, save and except in accordance with law."

3. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15659 of 2017(2) dt.06-05-2025 3/3 has rushed to the Court only on the notice issued by the Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai without responding to it and satisfying the respondent.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
