Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner opened fire causing grievous injury on the knee of injured Tabraj Khan, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No. 85 of 2015, G.R.No.1120 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
