2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 258 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115, 303(2), 76, 64, 62, 352, 651, 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have recorded a video of the private parts of the victim and made it viral.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6648 of 2025(6) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.J.-IX-cum-A.C.J.M.-X, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 258 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner will give an undertaking that he will not threaten the witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
